- Content you provide: manuscripts and research documents you choose to sync or upload.
We do not sell personal information.

- Directly from you when you sign in with GitHub and use the service.
- From GitHub as part of OAuth authentication.
Business or Commercial Purposes
- To provide and operate the service.
- To secure accounts and prevent abuse.
- To improve performance and reliability.
Sharing of Personal Information
We share information with service providers only to operate Authorial:
- GitHub for authentication and repository sync
- Stripe for billing
- OpenAI and Anthropic for AI analysis (only when you invoke AI features)
- Stable Diffusion if you configure a BYO endpoint
These providers process data under their own terms of service. Use of Authorial requires compliance with those terms.
Your Rights (California)
You may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
- Request deletion of personal information (subject to legal exceptions).
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (not applicable because we do not sell or share for cross‑context behavioral advertising).
